Phase 1: 30–90 days

12 single-occupancy tiny homes that stabilize trainees as they acclimate to YEP and reach early program milestones.

Stable Futures Dormitory

Phase 2: Up to 2+ years

30-bed, 3-story dorm where trainees build toward self-sufficiency – completing credentials, degrees, and long-term housing plans.

  • Single and double dorm rooms
  • Kitchen, dining room, living room
  • Study and education spaces
  • ADA bathrooms, showers, laundry

Early results that show real progress

25 residents graduated into secure housing in the first 18 months
